Due to the nature of our products (personal care and skincare), all sales are final once opened or used. This ensures safety, hygiene, and product integrity for all customers.

 

✅ Refunds or Replacements (If Applicable)

 

We gladly offer refunds or replacements for the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your item was damaged during shipping

  • You never received your order (confirmed via tracking)

 

To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

 

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong address or product ordered)

  • Allergy or sensitivity issues not previously disclosed

To initiate a refund or replacement request:

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo (if applicable)

  3. Explain the issue briefly

 

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement items will be shipped at no cost if applicable.

 

🕒 Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement again

  • Then contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is posted

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us directly
