📦 Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Custom, limited, or promotional items may require slightly longer processing. If there is any significant delay, we’ll notify you directly via email.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Local Delivery (select areas in Terre Haute, IN) – Coming soon

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

 

🌍 Shipping Locations

 

Currently, we ship to all U.S. states and territories.

International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working toward future expansion.

 

🧾 Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to become active.

 

🛑 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

SYMPL SOLYDS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

 

Tip: Be sure to enter your correct address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.
